WHAT IS CALLED REST

People understand than REST meaning they go to office and work with a lot of stress or sitting in home, watching TV, cooking, reading etc.... But actually this is not real rest which a person require a day. if you are working in office you are mentally tired once mind tired then body can not do anything. then your are not able to do anything. this kind of rest is not require for a working person or a gym person who working out in gym. that's why muscle are not recovering.

Actually REST meaning you go to bed close your eyes and go for a deep sleep. In this case your heart rate goes down and your mind relax. you are not doing any activity during sleep.

A man require at-least 8 hour sleep a day but it is not a fix time for everybody. some people need 6-8 hour to recover and some need 8-10 or 10-12 hour to recover.

Take rest and feel healthy and fresh.
